The video makes perfect sense. I have advocated this structure ever since I began the study of architecture and city and regional planning back in 1961. There is no conflict with this tax structure and the productive capital concepts advocated by binary economists, or the advocacy to broaden productive capital asset ownership including land and the wealth-creating capital assets produced therefrom.
